BNA PLUS collects approximately 20,000 contract listings annually to give you the most comprehensive tool for identifying contracts in the private sector. The parties to a collective bargaining agreement are required to file a notice with the Federal Mediation & Conciliation Service when their contract is up for renewal. Since most contracts are about three years in duration, a search of the Contract Listings database over the past three years can identify contracts for a specific employer, union and local number, industry, and location. Listings provide contact information for both parties, and often the most recent contract expiration date and the number of workers in the bargaining unit. The database is updated monthly.

Price: $1 per contract listing for the first 200; 60 cents per listing for 201-1,000; 30 cents per listing over 1,000.   Minimum charge of $50.  This does not apply to flat-rate subscribers.
